SHIPPING POLICY

PEAKLETHICS ships orders across serviceable locations in India through courier partners integrated via Shiprocket. Tracking details are updated on your order page once the shipment is booked.

1. Order Processing

Orders are verified, packed, and handed over to the courier partner after confirmation.
Processing usually takes 24-48 business hours, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and courier pickup delays.
COD and prepaid orders may require basic verification before dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown during checkout before payment/order confirmation. Final courier charges may depend on delivery pincode, package weight, dimensions, courier availability, and serviceability.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro and major cities	2-5 business days after dispatch
Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities	4-7 business days after dispatch
Remote or limited-service locations	7-10 business days, depending on courier coverage

4. Tracking

Once your shipment is booked, AWB/courier details are added to your order. You can track it from the Track Order page or from your account order details.

5. Delivery Attempts

Please keep your phone reachable after dispatch. Failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, wrong pincode, or customer unavailability can delay delivery or result in return-to-origin.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
